Established in 2014 by reputed social worker and educationist Lt. Roop Narayan Singh and managed by Jai Kishan Shiksha Samiti & Jai Kisan Balika Mahavidyalaya is one of the premiere educational institutions of Unnao district. The college is proud of imparting the best education in Seven Undergraduate subjects in Art against minimum amount of fee in the city.
Presently around 400 girls are pursuing Bachelors of Arts under the supervision of teachers of the college. The college is one of the leading colleges of the district where teaching through various tools, filtered drinking cold water, and Generator as power back up facilities have been provided to make an atmosphere congenial for academic pursuits.
